  • Fitness N Fight Centre has a coach teaching at their club who was awarded International Muay Thai Trainer of the year . A big congrats goes out to him from everyone at Fitness N Fight Centre.

  • Team Soa has joined with Fitness N Fight Centre. Pride FC Fighter  Soa 'The Hulk' Palelei  and Mark Oakes will be teaching MMA classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6-8pm at the Fitness N Fight Centre club in Northbridge.

  • Larry Hook just started his personal training business at  Fitness N Fight Centre. He has spent $80,000 buying new equipment. The gym is now fully equipped and ready to go. Personal training only for the weights, Unless you are a member of the FFC. Not open to the general public!
